We take great pride in the quality of our skincare products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with an item you received from us, we offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of your purchase. 

Simply contact us at customercare@simpleplanskincare.com with your order number and concern, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note that the second time you order a product, it will only be eligible for exchange or store credit. We will ask that the products be shipped back to us. Refunds will not include shipping costs.

If Something Gets Broken In Shipping

If you receive a product that was damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll gladly replace any items that arrived damaged in transit. In order to process a claim, we may ask for photos of the damaged package and request that you file a claim with Fulfillment by Amazon as they are responsible for the damage.

Our return policy does not cover free gifts or sample products. Travel Essentials or Sample products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience an issue with a product that expires prematurely, we’ll replace or refund it if it spoils within six months of the purchase date. We may ask for photos to better understand the issue and recommend exchanges as the best method for resolving the issue.

To ensure that we can continue to offer the best experience to our customers, we reserve the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our return policy, such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud.
